Gretchen W. McClain
Ms. McClain is a Strategic Advisor of J.M. Huber Corporation, a private company, since December 2025. From April 2022 to December 2025, Mc. McClain was President and Chief Executive Officer of J.M. Huber Corporation. From July 2019 to April 2022, Ms. McClain was Operating Executive of The Carlyle Group. She is currently a Director of Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation. Ms. McClain brings to the Board her extensive business, developmental, strategic and technical background from more than 25 years of global experience across multiple industries, including as CEO of a publicly traded industrial company and government agency leadership. Additionally, Ms. McClain has risk management experience as a member of an executive-level risk committee.
